Anthony Pasquariello
Hi, I'm Anthony! I am University of Waterloo graduate with a degree in Mechatronics Engineering.
My previous experiences range from wearable tech design to software automation in a software development firm to mechanical design at a medical device company proving I am a flexible and quick learner.
I have a passion for technology specifically with an interest in electro-mechanical design. I am a creative thinker who enjoys solving real world problems and I am always eager to learn more.

Advanced Process Engineer
- Designed, tested, and established lean manufacturing procedures for multiple robotic automation cells leading to a 50% reduction in labour costs and 35% reduction in material costs while improving cycle time and maintaining up-time.
- Utilized data visualization tools, such as Power BI, to make clear, concise, and easy to understand visual representations of complex data models to help drive better decision making.
- Created pipelines and automated scripts to collect and process manufacturing data, eliminating manual data collection and calculation.
- Organized, participated, and helped secure $100,000 in funding for automation and robotic training. Training was delivered to over 75 teammates internationally.
- Managed numerous roll-out projects ensuring they remained on schedule and presented project statuses to senior management.
